Located in Saint Christophe des Bardes, Château Tour Saint Christophe is unique among other Saint-Émilion vineyards: it is partly planted on narrow terraces where the vines are planted in tight rows. This cascading scenery unfolds upon the Cassevert hillside, over the Saint Laurent valley. The thirty year-old vines are oriented towards the South-Southeast, providing great sun-exposure and perfect natural drainage. These ideal conditions contribute to the complexity and quality of the terroir.

History
Château Tour Saint Christophe was acquired by Peter Kwok and his daughter Karen in 2012. Aware of the beauty and value of this area, known for its century-old terraces and clay-limestone soils, Peter Kwok aimed to rebuild the property. The goal was to bring the vineyard back to life by restoring the original dry stonework, which dated back to the 18th century. Almost 1 mile of stone walls were renovated, each stone handcrafted, in order to preserve the authentic aspect of this unique property.
After eleven years of hard work, Château Tour Saint Christophe is classified as a Saint-Émilion Grand Cru in September 2022. This classification exists since 1955, and is updated every ten years.

Château Tour Saint Christophe
The visit begins in the vineyard terraces, listed as a Unesco world heritage site. It is followed by the discovery of the newly-renovated wineries, including both the barrel fermentation winery and the underground winery, as well as the vat-house. Then, visitors will have the opportunity to taste three wines, paired with a special dish.
The K Vineyard Collection visit also includes a wine tasting of five carefully selected vintages, paired with a selection of fine cheeses and charcuterie.
The vineyard is open to private visits all year long upon reservation, and are available in French or English. Our goal is to offer a unique and memorable experience for all visitors.
