Venez découvrir Château Montlisse, à la fois un terroir d’exception et un site d’une grande beauté offrant un panorama époustouflant sur le vignoble et la vallée. Nous nous ferons un plaisir de partager avec vous notre passion dans le cadre de visites privées sur rendez-vous. La visite commencera dans les vignes et permettra au visiteur d’appréhender la beauté du lieu mais aussi de comprendre comment le terroir et notre travail à la vigne bénéficient à la qualité du raisin. Nous vous emmènerons ensuite dans le cuvier et le chai à barriques pour vous révéler quelques secrets de la vinification et de l’élevage de nos vins. La dégustation à la barrique (merlot et cabernet) permettra de vous faire découvrir les vins en cours d’élevage, avant assemblage, révélant la typicité de chaque cépage.

Château Montlisse opens the door to its unique terroir and the breathtaking scenery of its vineyard and valley. Upon reservation, visitors will discover the passion and expertise of winemakers. They will not only admire the beauty of the terroir, but also learn about how it participates greatly in the elaboration of high-quality wines. Visitors will continue to learn the secrets of wine-crafting by visiting both the vat-house and the winery. They will then have the opportunity to taste the wine straight out of the barrel, before the completion of its maturing process, in order to fully grasp the distinctive aromatic characteristics of different grape varieties.
Last, but certainly not least, the visit will be completed by the tasting of three wines.
