1954
The first classification of the wines of Saint-Emilion was drawn up, and already La Marzelle was ranked among the elite.
2003
Château La Marzelle increased its surface area by buying 4 hectares (9.9 acres) from its immediate neighbour.
2012
Château La Marzelle with its increased size of 17 hectares (42 acres) was confirmed in the new Saint-Emilion classification.
