Vats : Thermoregulated cement vats with different capacities adapted to the yields from different plots

Vinification : The combination of modern winemaking techniques and very long experience in winegrowing means that Château Laroque produces an elegant, balanced wine.

Barrels : French oak staves, 50% to 60% new, according to the vintage

Ageing in barrels : from 11 to 13 months according to the potential of each vintage

Fining : With egg whites if necessary

Annual production (average) : 110,000 to 130,000 bottles

Second wine : Les Tours de Laroque Saint-Emilion Grand Cru
