Château Faurie de Souchard

Vats : The wine making takes place in oak and cement vats.

Vinification :The vat rooms at different properties of Dassault Wine Estates also reflect this wish to glorify the expression of a unique vineyard and terroir.
The delicate winemaking process take place in small concrete and oak temperature controlled tanks, allowing each plot to be vinified apart, with respect of its personality.
This small batch vinifications have just recently been coupled with complete barrel fermentation of the property’s most representative batches.

Barrels : 75% new, 25% of one wine

Ageing in barrels : 15 to 18 months

Annual production  : 40.000 bottles
